This page is about my nutritional experiment inspired by Dr. Peter Attia from The Eating Academy (here is a great video on nutritional ketosis),  Dr. P. D’Agostino (his website http://ketonutrition.org/)  and , of course, Tim Ferriss.

The idea is to become fat-adapted, i.e use fat and not glucose as my primary fuel.

What am I after?

  1. Weight loss. Last year was a rollercoaster for me and I’ve grown a spare tire around y waste.
  2. More energy.
  3. Mental clarity.

What am I doing?

Nutritional ketosis with macronutrients breakdown:

  • 5% carbs
  • 25% protein
  • 70% fat
